Shipping policy

Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times  at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Overpriced shipping charges will be refunded once the order has been fulfilled.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £3.68 flat rate shipping within UK for First Class Royal Mail delivery, which aims to deliver by 1-3 working days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries in: World Zone 3 (USA and Canada), World Zone 2 (Australia, Kiribati, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Nauru, Niue, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna) and World Zone 1 (countries in North America [excluding the USA], South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia)

At this time, we do not ship to Europe.

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AlkamiCare is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. However, tracking number is not available for international shipping.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days (for customers in the UK) or 20 days (for International customers) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at alkamicare@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
